Attorneys: Patent attorneys to prepare and prosecute patent applications, conduct patentability/infringement clearances and prepare related opinions.  Experience in patent prosecution is preferred but not required. 


Must be a licensed attorney or be licensure pending.

B.S. degree in electrical or mechanical engineering required.  Other technical degrees with sufficient electrical/mechanical interface may be considered.

The candidate will handle direct client contact in all phases of patent practice, including patent preparation, prosecution, licensing and client counseling.
