On May 20, 2023, Professor Jeremy Sheff was invited to present excerpts from his book project, Valuing Progress, at the M3 1P Workshop at Miami Law School. The M3 IP Workshop is a conference convened by and for mid-career IP scholars.

Professor Sheff presented a chapter of Valuing Progress focusing on normative concerns over reciprocity in the design of legal regimes that govern the creation and distribution of new knowledge. Valuing Progress is under contract with Cambridge University Press.
